Rule Additions/Updates to the Monthly Request Thread + August 2025 Request Thread Upload Time Change

Hello hello,

Just a quick post before the Monthly Request Thread goes up tomorrow detailing two minor rule additions/updates:

• From now on, any OC artwork that Patrons request will be sent directly to the Patron who requested it, accessible via a Google Drive link. At the end of the month I will delete the artworks from the Google Drive (so as to save on space), so please make sure to save it to your own device! Outside of that, OC artwork will no longer be posted to any of my social media accounts, Patreon or otherwise.

• Additionally, if Patrons who receive OC artwork from me would like to post the artwork to their own social media accounts, that's absolutely fine! I only request that you credit any of my social media accounts if you do so!

And for the month of August ONLY, the upload time of the Monthly Request Thread will be a bit earlier than usual:

• For the past few months, the Monthly Request Thread has gone up on the 1st of the month at 12:00pm ACDT / 1 day prior at 6:30pm PDT / 8:30pm CDT / 9:30pm EDT, with the comments opening/requests being accepted 30 minutes after that. For August 2025, the Monthly Request Thread will instead be going up on August 1st at 8:00am ACST / July 31st at 3:30pm PDT / 5:30pm CDT / 6:30pm EDT, with comments opening/requests being accepted 30 minutes after those times.

I understand that there is some frustration experienced by those who live in various parts around the globe in that the time the Monthly Request Thread goes up may not be beneficial for them to secure a spot. While there is no absolute 'perfect' time that works for every single individual, every so often I will be altering the time in which the Monthly Request Thread is uploaded so as to give more people a chance at securing a request spot. This will not happen every single month, but I will change it every once in a while to try and keep things fair! And of course I will let everyone know beforehand when this will occur........ 🤔

Again, the Monthly Request Thread will be uploaded at an earlier time for August 2025 ONLY, going up on August 1st at 8:00am ACST / July 31st at 3:30pm PDT / 5:30pm CDT / 6:30pm EDT, with comments opening/requests being accepted 30 minutes after! Nothing else has changed about the Monthly Request Thread process outside of this!!!!
