the bones on the leg called "horselink" were working this way until now. I managed to fix this problem but it is still being tested (if you find problems with this, let i know in the comments). it is possible to turn off this fix in advanced > IK.
it contains a knee bone for the horselink but it is unweighted by default if you want to rotate the horselink like a knee you need to add weight in advanced > ik.
