Hi all, I have kind of an announcement to make. I've been trying to come up with ways to involve you guys more in what I draw, and I had two main options, one was doing polls, like I did a few years back, so you could suggest characters and vote for them each month, but based on previous experiences, I always had the feeling that with polls nobody gets exactly what they want, specially since I allowed everybody to add their own characters to each poll so it became a huge list with hundreds of characters, each with 1 or 2 votes, definitely a problem on execution on my part. But well since I've already tried polls before, I want to give the other option a try for some time now, which means I'll start doing a monthly giveaway, the 20th of every month.

The rules for the prize are fairly simple:

- The maximum number of characters is 4.

- The images include no variations (though I may add some anyway if I like the idea)

- if the winner is subscribed to one of the first 2 tiers, they can only choose existing characters from anime or games.

- if the winner is subscribed to the higher tiers, they could also choose their own original characters to be included in the image.

I'll make a post the 19th of every month (starting March 2025) where interested people can leave a comment to be included in the raffle, and 24 hours later I'll reply their comment and also send them a dm, that way everybody knows who won, and that way I also make sure the winner does reply.

To choose a winner I made a script that considers both length of time each person has been subscribed, and also their current tier, giving higher chances to fans in higher tiers, or those who have been subscribed the longest, though since this is still completely random, anyone can win, even if you've been subscribed for just a few days.

みんな、ちょっとお知らせがあるんだ。最近、僕の描く作品にもっとみんなに関わってもらう方法を考えてたんだけど、大きく分けて二つの案があって。一つは、数年前にやったような投票方式で、毎月キャラクターの提案や投票をしてもらうというもの。でも、以前の経験から、投票だとみんなが本当に欲しいものが出にくいって感じがあってね。特に、自由にキャラクターを追加できるようにしたら、投票リストが数百キャラになってしまい、1票か2票しか集まらない問題もあったんだ。

だから、もう一つの案をしばらく試してみようと思って、毎月20日にプレゼント企画を始めることにしたよ。

景品のルールは、かなりシンプルだよ:

キャラクターの最大数は4体まで。

画像はバリエーションなし（でも、アイデア次第で追加するかも）。

当選者が最初の2ティアに登録している場合は、アニメやゲームの既存キャラクターのみ選べる。

上位ティアの人は、自分のオリジナルキャラクターも選べる。

毎月19日（2025年3月からスタート）に、抽選に参加したい人がコメントを残せる投稿をする予定。そして、24時間後にそのコメントに返信し、同時にDMも送るから、みんなが誰が当選したか分かるし、当選者が確実に連絡してくれるようにするんだ。

当選者を決めるために、各メンバーの登録期間と現在のティアを考慮したスクリプトを作ったよ。上位ティアのファンや長く登録してくれている人には当選しやすくなる仕組みだけど、あくまで完全にランダムだから、登録して数日しか経ってなくても誰でも当たる可能性はあるよ。
