Ok I fixed a couple stages that I am going to use for the next videos, quality is a bit all over the place but they can be used easily in MMD, one of them, the hallway had quite a bit of stuff that had to be fixed, I can't really tell you how many stages that are ripped from a game or something similar are tilted and the people that ripped it either don't bother fixing that or don't do a decent job, it is time consuming but I think it is worth the effort, there is also the issue with materias, no names at all just a generic listing names in japanese like material1, material... etc, it is quite a mess, the hallway was no exception, it was over 100 materials and I reduced it to around 50, named all of them and I also added bones for the doors and door knobs, added a missing door knob and other stuff too, also one of the thing I dislike the most is that people just don't bother making a texture folder and leave all the textures in the same folder as the model, that makes it a pain in the as when you are looking for the pmx file, I also fixed that, and of course I fixed the tilt, I don't know if is there is a way of doing that automatically but I just needed to dust off my brain and use some good old trigonometry to get the right angle.
Now that I have the stages I need and the plot is there I will start the animating process, it shouldn't be too long for that since some of the scenes require minimal movement, I will keep you posted, in the mean time enjoy the stages, they can be found in the stages folder for the $10 ties as always.
