Silco is my favourite character. I think because he is the bad guy the audience thinks he has only ill intentions. But in that last episode it’s essentially revealed that he just loves Jinx because she is his kid. I absolutely believe his dying words.

We totally missed the connection with her shield—makes so much sense now! We’re definitely not pros at catching all the lore stuff on the first watch, so we love when people point these things out. And yeah, that Jinx and Silco moment was intense. It’s wild how someone can be both a huge influence and a total problem at the same time. The way Jinx finally lets go of Powder by what she does to Silco… it’s kind of heartbreaking, even if Silco was definitely making things worse for her. The show just makes you feel so many things at once! We’re both super curious (and a little nervous) to see what season 2 does with Jinx and everyone else. Thanks for breaking it down for us!

2025-07-13 06:48:08 +0000 UTCThe shield appeared around Vi because that’s the first time she’s ever properly blocked. That’s why she never noticed it in the first place. Ekko did say she blocks with her face lol. And the Jinx chair scene is great because if you really think about it Silco was kinda almost the last part of Powder. He shaped her from Powder to Jinx. So her killing him was like that final release. I still hate him tho because he just exasperated all her issues she already had lmaoooo. Can’t wait for the season 2 reactions!

2025-07-12 19:49:01 +0000 UTCThis cliffhanger was so sinister we waited like two years in between season 1 and 2 so we had no idea who died in the council room. Also somehow the animation is season 2 is better than season 1 lol even though this show is already gorgeous. Jinx is the best character in the show she os very complex and in season 2 you really will feel for her.
