2025-06-02 15:51:05 +0000 UTCThe Lanes are like the black market area of the Underground/undercity, and it's where Vander's bar and his people and friends reside. Silco wants to turn the Underground into it's own nation (Zaun), separate from Piltover. They basically allude that Vander and Silco were fighters in the last attempt to rebel and break off years ago, when all the kids' parents died. That's when Vander "betrayed" Silco and where Silco got his crazy infected eye. At least that's what has been revealed or implied so far.

I think Powder has implied attachment issues, so when Vi calls her a Jinx and seemingly abandons Powder it makes her feel angry and betrayed by the one consistent person in her life. Vander and Silco are not literal brothers and the kids did not know about the two’s beef. I can’t wait for the next video! 😆

2025-05-31 18:09:27 +0000 UTCSilco was mostly talking about Piltover in that last clip, the city of progress doesn't give the people of the underground anything to progress. So he's trying to show them that Zaun or the underground can excel even without an ounce of help from the people above.
