Eren full on bites himself but says it because heβd endure any pain to kill titans even when itβs not necessary. Reiner and Ymir stab themselves and we have seen they both and mental turmoil when it comes to their own life decisions. While Annie is the least destructive she cuts herself with a small ring and even in the end risked being kinnapped by the enemy encasing herself in βiceβ to save herself and her information.
