Haha both your reactions to the end of the episode remind me of how much the Walking Dead use to get away with, so many other shows would either never show it or would blur it, I love this show wish I would’ve continued after season 9

2024-10-18 12:12:08 +0000 UTCIf you guys remember back in Season 4 episode 3 or 4 I believe, Rick took Carol on a “Supply Run” the 2 then ran into 2 survivors who Rick wanted to recruit, the 2 groups split up and said they’d meet back at the house Rick gave the boyfriend his watch I thought but apparently he gave him Carols ex husbands watch but either way Rick gave him a watch telling them too meet them back at the house at a certain time, there was a commotion while Rick and Carol were having a talk about what she did to Karen and David and unfortunately they found the girlfriend dead but the boyfriend escaped. Fast forward to season 5 episode 1 while they had Rick, Bob, Daryl, and Glenn lined up with 3 other guys to bleed out there was a skinny white guy at the very end of the line up, he looked at Rick and Rick looked at him as Rick realized that that guy was the same dude he tried to save back then, unfortunately he was the first to get his throat slit so that’s why Rick told Carol he saw them kill the “kid” he wasn’t actually a kid but he was fairly young maybe in his mid to late 20s
