"carefree" timelapse

(Sorry if the post image is a little misleading since the timelapse is recorded through recording software and not via camera! I only realized afterwards that Patreon doesn't allow direct video uploads, only links. So I've attached the timelapse file to this post!)
Pros:
- Comes with everything you need to get set up quickly, including a glove, display cable, power cable, stand, screws + screwdriver, screen protector, stylus + stand (and extra nibs).
- Very stable stand that can be secured with screws (which are all included)
- Good pen sensitivity
- Has shortcut keys on both left and right side of the display.
- Easy setup
- Budget friendly for its size and features
Cons:
- Tablet driver does not natively have a Pan function, and you will have to bind the Middle Mouse button. Doing so works in most apps, but can be delayed when quickly switching from drawing to panning the canvas. This may result in having to undo/erase strokes every so often when you unintentionally draw instead of panning.
- Slight stroke delay when working with certain apps (I experienced this with Clip Studio on occasion), but it was not super noticeable.
- Top of tablet warms up more than the rest; normal since the ventilation is there, but if you work primarily at the top of the screen you may find this to be less comfortable. The included glove will prevent smearing the screen, but might become uncomfortable over time.
Neutral:
- As with all monitors, you will have to calibrate it to match your primary monitor. Neither a pro nor a con depending on your workflow and whether or not you also work with other secondary monitors, though of course you would need external tools for the absolute most precise calibration.
- Pen and stand both lack some weight; not a huge issue, but is more of a personal preference factor.
- Depending on your comfort level and your history/experience with drawing tablets, the pen pressure might not be enough. Be sure to adjust in-app to your comfort level.
- The display tablet is pretty light and easy to move around if you have a small workspace, which I do.
Final thoughts: I found the Kamvas Pro 20” to be an easy to work with display tablet. While it is still a bit costly, for its size the price is still pretty budget friendly. I didn’t encounter any outstanding issues with it, and was pleasantly surprised by the stand that was included, as it was very stable and easy to adjust. If the Kamvas Pro 20” is within your budget and you are seeking an affordable display tablet, it’s a pretty decent choice.
