I always recommend life drawing as a means of practice/learning anatomy! Some places will host life drawing sessions (at studios, art schools, or even at galleries sometimes) and nothing beats drawing from the real thing. Photos are a good supplement if life drawing sessions aren't accessible, but since photos have already been turned into a 2D interpretation, they aren't as ideal compared to life drawing. I still highly recommend photo studies too, though!
