Though Enforcers are generally assigned to units, they are also further divided into pairs. Since Enforcers alone are already incredibly dangerous, they are paired partially in order to eliminate each other in case one malfunctions/chooses to desert.

Absolutely gorgeous! What's the purpose of the mask for the user? Is the thing on their shoulders just shine or is that some implant? The pairing system is cute but the reasoning behind it seems cruel.
