Personal Project - Reaper

There are a number of "vigilante" hunters who do not belong to the academy (and by extension, the military), and hunt Angels* on their own. Some consider other hunters to be threats, but more often than not they will co-operate with others if necessary.
*The most prevalent threat to natural life; beings created/reformed by magic. Their motives and exact origins are unclear. (I have it planned out, but I will explain it later!)
