⚠️ Patreon Billing Issues - Previous Members Please Read!!! ⚠️ 請求の問題について、一読お願いします!

Hi everyone,

So it seems that there’s a lot of issues happening with the subscriptions — a lot of members are having problems with the billing. It seems that Patreon does not remove existing memberships. Before attempting to resubscribe or get a new tier, please do the following steps:

1. Check if you still have an existing subscription/membership charge.

2. Delete the existing subscription/membership, so that your membership can be "reset".

3. Resubscribe as new member to a new tier. (apparently the discount only works if you wait until your original subscription expires. Then you can subscribe again 💡)

You may also see multiple charges, so If you have been charged for your previous membership, please message me and I will work with you to fix it, and issue refunds if needed. I apologize for all the issues we keep running into 😭

どうやら、サブスクリプションに関して多くの問題が発生していて多くのメンバーが請求に関して問題を抱えているようです。どうやら、Patreonが既存のメンバーシップを削除できないようです。

もし以前のサブスクリプションがまだ有効な場合は、以下のステップを踏んで頂くようお願いいたします。

1. 今現在、旧プランのサブスクリプションが存在するかを確認し、存在する場合はそのサブスクリプションで3月分の請求がされてしまっていないかを確認。そしてそのサブスクリプションを解約します。そうすることでメンバーシップがリセットされます。

2. 新しいプランを選択し、再度登録します。(割引は元々のメンバーシップが終了してからのみ適用できると判明しました。以前登録していたプランが終了したこと確認し、新しいプランに登録する際に割引コードを入れてみてください! 適用されると思います。)

3.以上です!

また、以前のメンバーシップで請求された場合は、私にメッセージを送ってください。問題を解決するために必要に応じて返金を行います。繰り返し問題が発生してしまい、本当に申し訳ありません 😭
