Bad news and I need your guys support now more than ever
Added 2022-10-25 14:17:04 +0000 UTCTwo things. First, Vimeo banned my account. A lot my videos are on there. So I’m really sorry to say that half my videos won’t be available for a while. I can download them all to my computer but it’s going to take a minute to re-upload them. The good news is that this is exactly why I spread my videos across different accounts so at least not everything was deleted.
Secondly, I am in the lower 240s weight wise and I need to get to 250 ASAP. Please send your encouragement over here.
