oh ok maybe it's because I'm running the fluxq8 guff model then (as i find the quality difference is minimal to fp16, but leaves more VRAM for other things) . I just wanted to help out anyone who might be having a simlar issue because i tried many many combinations of options before i changed the T5 and stopped getting the black square.

2024-10-04 18:58:43 +0000 UTCI use T5 fp8 gguf version. Improved Vit L , I find works great for FP16 model only.

2024-10-04 18:47:19 +0000 UTCI don't know if anyone else had this problem but you need to use the original T5 text encoders, I kept trying to use the improved VIT-L encoders and kept getting a black square. Just a heads up if anyone else is having the same issues.
