Soapy shower + toweling off

It's fairly short because I ran into the issue of the camera lens steaming up, so next time I try something like this I'll use cold water... kind of an obvious issue if you think about it - doh!
Unfortunately I weighed myself and I'm down to 460 here. I think with the very warm and humid weather we've had in the past few weeks it's been difficult to keep my eating up and during the middle part of the day I've barely been able to eat anything at all... however now that it's cooled down a lot, I should be able to regain the lost pounds pretty quickly. Two steps forwards, one step back seems to be the nature of the game lately.
