Development Diary #86

Hi guys!

It's been a while since the last developmeny diary, so we think it's a good moment to check how the development of the update v0.55 of Shuggerlain is going:

• Introduction event to Zone 3 ( where you will be able to see 3 out of the 4 main girls of zone 3):

• Atzi 3rd Date including H-scene  - DONE
• Atzi's spontaneous sex - NOT YET
• Hazel 2nd Date and H-scene - DONE
• Teigan 2nd Date and H-scene - NOT YET
• An enemy H-scene, and also affection lvl to 3 - WIP
• Necrosia secondary girl - DONE
• Sex battle - Not yet
• Misha sex training H-scene - DONE
• Anwen and Zoe added to the sex training - WIP
• Extra H-scene - Not yet

So as you can see, more or less, we're midway in the task list even thought it's also true that the most of the more time consuming stuff is already done (except the sex battle perhaps).

In other order of things, we're also thinking about the distribution of the final game. And that is making us consider some changes on how to acces the game.
After comparing our product and price with more than 20 different adult game creators, we realized that we were offering the updates for a simbolic price, not its real value. Not a bad thing for early stages of development, but right now the game has a lot of content, and let's be honest. I couldn't find similar products and quality for 2$. And Shuggerlain right now (including sex battles) has a similar amount of H-scenes as the final version of Space Paws.

So what we decided is:

• v0.50 will be likely the last update we'll make public of Shuggerlain. So basically it will be a demo with half content of the game. (This is, for people that don't pay, not you)
• Archers or above tier patrons will receive the update with early access. This means, as soon as it is ready, they will have it.
• Spearmen tier will receive the official patreon release, but that will happen later, once the update has been tested and bug fixed. How much time is needed? We don't know yet.

We think it's the fairer solution for everyone. For us, the creators, and our work, and for the patrons, according to their support. Even non patrons will be able to play the game with a lot of content still.
