About Commissions

First of all, we have a waiting list, so we can't really open the commissions tier and "first come, first served".
You need to know that even if we officially didn't accept your commission the best thing you can do is let us know that you are interested in applying for a commission, and give us details of the commission so we can set an order.
This is our criteria to set the order of the commissions:
1. The requested commission fits in the current status of Shuggerlain.
It means, if you are interested in a race that hasn't appeared in the game yet, or we personally think that the commission would fit better in a specific region that is not developed yet, your comission will have less priority.
2. The date you contacted us giving the details of the commission
If you accomplish the point 1, and you contacted with us before other patrons, your commission will be done sooner.
3. We didn't complete any other commission for you.
If you already have 1 completed commission, other patrons without a completed commission will have priority over you. I think it's fair considering there're people still waiting us to accept their first commission.
These are not strict rules, but quite accurate guidelines so you can know more or less when your commission could be completed and why other commissions are being completed before yours.
So you know, feel free to give us details as soon as possible, but take into account that there are 7-9 patrons that already showed interested and we'll try to do 2-3 commission between updates, so you'll very likely have to wait several months before it is finally done.
