Development Diary #34

The development of the version 0.82 of Space Paws is quite advanced. It's an update that is requiring a lot of work, a bit more than the 3rd Planet's first contact needed. This is because we're introducing stuff that need more work and because steampunk art, style, objects... requires many details and time. But we're happy with the results so far.
As we usually do, here it is a list with all the stuff that you'll find on this new update and at which point of development it is. This way you can have a better idea of the point of development we've actually reached:
New Planet / Race:
6 New Backgrounds - 5 out of 6 Done
New characters (including Vyl Daemith, the new girl) - 4 Done so far
1 New Minigame - All done except some art details
Nebet Ending :
New H-scene -DONE
New cinematic mode* (as Siaren already has) - DONE
Roselyn Ending:
New H-scene - DONE
New cinematic mode* - DONE
Alison Ending on Nebet's Planet:
New H-scene - WIP
New E-millio cinematic - DONE
*cinematic mode contains 2 H-scenes.
And that's it. The good part is that this is the last update where we'll need to do this amount of backgrounds and stuff (less interesting for most of the players). In the incoming update we'll have all the necessary for doing more "alluring" content, more easter eggs, more dates and closing the plot.
We've also thought that despite in this update there won't be any H-scene with the new girl, we'll "reward" you for reaching the maximum development of his route in this update. Nothing big, but the player's effort must be rewarded!
Once we have finished all the art stuff and we start building all that on flash, we'll make another Development Diary with the complete changelog, as we usually do.

My girl is the artist, animator and she also programs when we're building the update. Me (the boy) I'm the programmer, writer, and community manager About the banner, we'll just put them closer to each other, and maybe, they'll be a bit smaller just to make them all fit there.

Kinda makes me sad that Space Paws will stop growing, but at the same time really excited to see the next project, too! So, have you figure out how to expand the banner image to include the two new girls? ;)
