New Picture and changes in the list of future updates

Also, in the process of writing the story, we decided to share some updates since they turned out to be quite large, now the new list of updates looks like this.

Также в процессе написания сюжета мы решили разделить некотоыре обновления так как они получались довольно большими, теперь новый список обновлений выглядит так.

Maybe you're doing something wrong, or you have a special health condition which makes things difficult. I think that many of the traditional diets suck. What I'm doing ... simply eat no carbohydrates - bread, noodles, rice, potatoes etc., also no sugars or alcohol - which has a couple of nice side effects: Less hunger, less tiredness after eating. I am allowed to eat a small amount of sugars per day (max. 10% of total daily calories) and some artificial sweeteners, so that's enough to provide myself with some sweet drinks. Then set yourself a calorie target that you need to stay below (maybe 2000 if you were eating 2500 before, depends on your body size). Just count the calories of everything you eat. I am constantly losing weight and I am not hungry. It makes sense to me to lose weight this way, because our ancestors who lived in caves had no carbohydrates during the winter and were just living from fat and protein for several months, so they always lost weight this way. Carbs are like turbo energy that you really don't need all year ...
