Greetings Adventurers!

Once again, I'd like to say Happy New Years everyone and welcome to 2021! This is our very first map of the year and it's good to be back! This month's theme was voted on by our Patreon community and Wilderness Maps won the poll! This month's map is a Forest Clearing Battle Map and will be the first of our Patron-only themed maps. So let's jump right on into it!

The base map releasing to the Barbarian tier is the forest clearing in the middle of the day. You'll see lots of greenery and foliage surrounding the outer parts of the map with a clearing in the center for any type of combat scenarios. This map includes 3 paths so if your party is on the move, they can also travel to whichever direction they need to go.

The Death Knight tier gets a bonus map along with their usual variant map! Since this particular map didn't take as much time as others to create, I was able to create 2 variants for our Death Knights! The first takes place in a heavily overcast day where rain is pouring down over the clearing. Additionally, the 2nd variant takes place at night time where the rain has stopped and a low level fog has overtaken the forest. So whether during the day, rain, or at night, you'll have options to throw at your players as they adventure onward.

The Necromancer and Legend tiers will be getting a longbow crafted by the artist Rangoah and authored by myself. The Necromancer tier will be getting the longbow artwork by itself with a transparent background while the Legend tier will be getting the "Aion Force Bow." This bow is a very rare longbow enhanced with a magical force from the Feywild. Additionally, the Legend tier will be receiving this item in digital card files.

I hope you all find use for this map and the variants! I know the game I play in find peril in the woods quite often.
