what happenned here? Well looks like "Illia" has once again betrayed Blake and put her at the mercy (or in this case mercyless) of the white fang...and they surelly know how to deal with traitors...however something strange is happenning with Illia.... I wonder what could be.....

That's because "Ilia" torturing her is actually Neo. You can tell by the heterochromiac eyes in the bottom panel. Yeah, I recognize those deadly ice cream sundae eyes anywhere.
