2020-05-15 23:52:45 +0000 UTCHow the remedial license training works was explained at the end of the original exam. But since that was half a season ago, its understandable to forget. Anyway, Bakugo and Todoroki are going through a whole training course, and at the end they'll be issued their provisional hero licenses. (I would guess they have to retake the exam, but I'm not sure. The only reason they failed was that they neglected or mistreated the "civilians" during the test, so maybe not)
