In the OPM universe he could one-punch a Super Saijin 1-trillion Goku-Superman fusion because that's the gimmick, his power literally comes from being a satire. Kind of like the One-Above-All in Marvel he transcends anything in his universe. Now take Saitama and put him in another universe and he's just a decently athletic bald human.

One of the conceits of the story is that Saitama never gets the credit he deserves, but he does inspire people like Genos and Hammerhead despite his own onui. -Q.
