The nightgown and the dress have cloth sim set up but deactivated by default (see modifiers)
Be mindful the shared textures package has been updated. I've added a few textures, notably the stockings patterns I provided with Liz.
Also since I receive more and more questions from people who are not used to my models, I've decided to add a little tutorial right inside the blend file.

Update 1.1 : fix for textures because some outfits had identical texture names which confused blender. Shared textures are unchanged.

If someone makes a daz port of her at some point yeah maybe. Until then I have other rdr2 characters coming.
