June Update - Collecting, Curating, and Surveys

Hey Folks-

The plan for June is that we will not have a subclass poll this month, but instead I will be going through and releasing an update pass on all the content that has been released since KCLL, and then bundling that into a Playtest PDF Packet & Module on FoundryVTT. Sort of a stop gap between the book releases.

Subclass Polls & Polish List

There are two new subclasses from the last poll:

• Warlock - The Inevitable Patron (75 votes) - A rare landslide winner.,

• Monk - Way of Time (51 votes)

Once the update pass is done, I'll add them to a playtest PDF packet, FoundryVTT module, and add them to my website (some of them might be there already).

If I have more time, I may make more subclasses based on the last subclass poll, but not making any promises yet.

Shoutout - Warlord NPCs by Conflux Creatures

Many folks will have heard of Conflux Creatures (otherwise known as u/Oh_Hi_Mark_, a very prolific monster creator on reddit), and they've recently released a set of Warlord-based-NPCs for use in your games in their style of monster making.

Check it out here, and, while you're at it, look over the rest of the stuff they've got going.

Personally, I am a patron of theirs and check in on what they've got somewhat regularly when looking for a monster to go grab on the go or use as the basis for building or modifying a monster. They have a huge pile of stuff that usually has a couple extra twists compared to the default options to spice or flavor them up, so I'm happy to see them covering NPCs and monsters that dovetail with some of my content.

Summer Survey

I will run the Summer Survey sometime this month, so I'll share that here and on the Discord once that goes out. That collects bigger picture directional information about the sort of content folks want, what folks are playing, and where they are playing it. That does a lot of the lifting on what I end up doing in the coming year.

This survey is important, but will not be out until the later half of the month probably.

Summoner - High Level Content Patch

Summoner should also get its next update, bringing content that fleshes out Tier 3 and 4 a bit more, hopefully before most playtesters of it get to those levels for it. It's somewhat functional at those levels, but not all subclasses scale into those levels in a desirable way.

The patch will also integrate the Legion Keeper into the Summoner, which ya'll got a look at with the standalone PDF in the May Update. But now it has art:
