The itching from the preworkout is Beta Alanine. It's an amino acid used in pre-workouts to reduce muscle fatigue while exercising. A side effect of it is some temporary parasthesias (tingling).

2025-07-06 04:39:16 +0000 UTCThis was originally for John, but anyone who wants to be toxic is welcome to join me on the dark side. if you want to be toxic on smash bros. Play piranha plant and hang out near the edge of the map. Constantly jump off, spam either side smash for damage then fall past the edge of the map and use your up smash to grab it, and jump back off the side of the map. Cycle this until you are high percent, then start using down smash instead of side since you become much harder to launch when charging it. Piranha plant is my main and I love watching sweats lean forward when I do this😈
