My Dog Almost Died (Again) so Saturday’s Gaming Video will be delayed.
Added 2025-05-23 21:00:08 +0000 UTCGus and I recently founded a fantasy tavern in Ale & Tale Tavern and it’s pretty dang good. We sell porridge. The gameplay video for it was supposed to come out tomorrow, but my dog, Booger, had other plans.
He tried to make friends with a snake in my backyard and it did not go well. So, we decided to take a fun trip to the vet ER. For those who attended or watched our January community stream, you know that this is the second time we’ve visited the ER this year. I have a very special boy.
Don’t worry! He’s totally fine and recovering very well though he’s not a fan of his new hat. It gives him +2 to medicine but -3 to charisma and dexterity.
All that being said, I wasn’t able to finish the edit in time for tomorrow but be ready for it to drop next week! Apologies for the delay and thank you so much for your continued support, because ER visits are very expensive 🫠.

I’m so glad you were able to get him medical help quickly! Booger needs to learn that danger noodles are a no go. 🤪. But if he’s anything like my pup Lumos, everything/one is just a friend they haven’t made yet.

2025-05-28 11:00:59 +0000 UTCSo happy he’s okay, here in Canada snakes aren’t much of a threat but having been an emergency vet hospital assistant for five years I saw a lot of scary cases of dogs getting into things that risked their lives. So glad he’s okay and totally understandable that his health trumps any videos you guys had planned to make. Give him lots of love from us!

I don't know if he's normally this accident prone but have you looked into the Comfy Cones (the soft Elizabethan Collars, not donuts) they can be a game changer as they cushion any collisions puppets make with the cones and squash down a bit when they lay down etc so are more comfortable whilst still giving full protection
