End the old year/start the new year off right with a 2024 wrap-up episode with Gus, Blaine & Jon. Guess in the comments what their favorite movies were this year before listening if you dare.

Comments

Gremlins and Iron Man 3

Ok … I did the same thing as Gus and just watched The Substance… as most American movies go it was predictable to a point … and you were correct, the last 30 mins or so of the movie was like the FX team had too much allocated money in the budget that needed to be spent 😂🤪🤠

For me, the top of the list has to be LOTR: War of the Rohirrim. I just started my Voice Acting Journy as that came out and it just igniggted a fire that hasn't gone away. It was so good!

I only watched two new films last year, Deadpool And Wolverine and Borderlands - no prizes for guessing which I’d put as my number one lol. Really wanted to see Heretic but didn’t get round to it, and was too busy over Christmas to see Wallace And Grommit: Vengeance Most Fowl which I know would definitely take top spot

Jason Knight

I watched Anora first of this year. Soooooo good. I loved it.

Jon Risinger

Thank you so much!

Jon Risinger

It's hard to pick a number one movie but that one just hit me hard so it stayed with me.

Jon Risinger

I saw it and I think I need to rewatch it. Felt like I didn't love it as much as literally everyone else who saw it. Might have just not been in the right mood. Happens sometimes.

Jon Risinger

I would like to recommend the the movie “Look back” for you are an artist, You will love this movie

THE WILD ROBOT!!!! I swear I have never cried at a movie before I watched this one!! It may come across as “just for kids” but animation is for everyone and in my humble opinion everyone should have the chance to watch the wild robot.

Silly_goober

Off topic and late. But I want Jon to know i started listening to Dungeons and Daddies because of him.

I’m so glad John’s #1 was We Live in Time. Movie was so so good. I completely agree about Florence and Andrew’s chemistry, it was off the charts!

Morgan Deakin
