[Second Wind] C02 - Ep. 46 - Finale in Faunaloch - Tempoor Unfortunate Souls

Join Chris, Blaine, Jon, and Barbara for a DM-less Second Wind! The party explores practicing character voices, Blaine's material components, Barbara's lack of internal monologue, convincing their parents to play D&D, and reveal Chris' Cold Brew recipe.

Chris, Micah, & Blaine also deep dive into C02 Ep 46 - feelings going into the final arc of Grotethe, theories on the deities of Grotethe, and how to approach D&D writing.

Someone in the feed said "Dowsing rods", they're also called "Divining rods". I believe they're generally just used to locate things. I've heard water and even graves.

I want to hear a first impression review from Chris's dad about Stinky Dragon!

I’ve seen the TikTok of the teacher instructing students on the American accent! I find it fascinating!

I think an episode where each person's parents work together to play a single character would be amazing

Micah is amazing! I’ve never played D&D but I’ve watched others play and listened to other podcast and (trying to say it and not be confusing) his ideas and I guess story telling is amazing! I know he has played D&D for many years before and still has other games going on, but I love hearing about the little things he adds and hides in the games. And the fact that he does have other games going and can still come up with such awesome ideas is amazing to someone who has ADHD 🤣 and does have the internal dialogue. I envy Barbara.

Right!? No wonder she gives off such a calm vibe.

Jessica Blosser

I am baffled that Barbara doesn't have internal dialogue. As someone whose brain is almost always running an internal conversation, I imagine how peaceful her brain must be.

The coldbrew makes sense, you can also do it with good quality tea! Love it

Kopi luwak is made by animals in small cages eating them but they don't get enough nutrients from it and eventually die, don't buy it, it's not even worth it in taste

So a experience I had. One time my tablet was offline and on my desk. I was not near it. All of sudden I hear a video playing. From my tablet. That I did not touch in two hours.

Jon's ghost non-ghost experiences would have made me run away omg. Kids toys activating at night with no obvious reason? Nightmare fuel
