What it says on the tin! The subject will be involved in a party scene, or perhaps suffering its aftereffects (or even prepping to attend one!)
It can be any type of celebration, or celebrating nothing in particular!
Nominations that are off theme will be subject to a -5 vote handicap when being counted!
