Yeah the earlier episode really made people underestimate how strong Volcano Head is. Putting Gojo and Sukuna at joint 1st place then Jogo is a solid 2nd place miles above everyone else in the story. Jogo pretty much insta kills anyone other than the rest of the special-grade sorcerers. (Geto, Yuki and Yuta)

Naobito was definitley the strongest there after Dagon. Maybe Nanami if he the loss of Naobitos arm crippled him that much. Just something to keep in mind until we see what happens.
