That she is coming for the Outer and all she needs to convey it are some bodies glad in silver.
Their orders are straight, engage with Black Faction or anyone who engages you.
Ofcourse Black Faction will take them on directly.
The others in the area probably won't as the lines are muddy with KTS and all.
For the inhabitants of the outer, its crazy to watch Faction Units cancel each other out wholesale for absolutely zero reason other than obeying orders.
