She has many more experience women in her ranks of a mature age who could very well manage her affairs.

impulsiveness, emotion, ego, status, energy and enthusiasm.
The lack of care relative to a mature woman

It’s the phenomenon of the trainee paratrooper: it’s not all that hard to get him to jump out of the plane the FIRST time, it’s the SECOND time that makes them renege. The first time he didn’t know what it was like. Now he knows. 😏 lucky for the Mistress the young ones keep showing up.
