The areas have long been held by Marauders and criminals but Black Faction seeks to introduce control into them.
Opposed to the all out warzone of other parts of Mallera-9 where competition between factions heats up into mass skims, Black Faction under the Mistresses direction seeks to occupy and control these semi functioning areas.
New characters, old characters and lots of typical Neon Dark fun.
