Long Serving to Caterina, Dominique has been instrumental to the success of CPD.

Intelligent, Wicked and fundamentally psychotic, she delivers results, revenue and wholesale destruction. Especially to Black Faction.

While CPD has less Units, territory and thus less revenue than Black Faction they do have higher operating margins.

Unlike the Mistress, who trusts no one and uses everyone for her own gain, Caterina keeps a handful of powerful women by her side.

Her right hand is Dominique.

She has been influential in some of the strategic moves that have preserved CPD in the past.

She advised Caterina to not proceed in attacking Zuvic even when there was the opportunity to take out the platform far easier than Black Factions efforts in the Zuvic Incursion.

Let your enemies fight it out.

She advised the pursuit of the Special Azologoth capture and the development of Apex Serum for CPD, she did warn against CPD engaging with Black Faction in Mallera Deep.

Caterina was bent on delivering a defeat to the Mistress there, but instead it resulted in a severely beaten and weakened CPD.

Caterina gave her more control and freedom of action after that disaster.

So, why is she becoming prominent again now?
