There are a few different types of Admins within the company. They typically don't serve the same length of contract as their combat operations counterparts. But they will stay on the island for extended periods by choice. They are paid by the day and they receive performance bonuses for tasks completed early, under budget or going above and beyond.

They typically focus on their area of expertise where they interact with other admins.

For instance, a Sector may need replacement equipment in advance for an uptick in enemy encounters. There is a standard manifest of what each unit requires to operate.

The Sector Admins will give their predications to a HQ Admin who manages master inventory. The inventory is allocated and then the HQ Admin needs to order replacements. Components to match the replacements, allocate storage and indexing. Book transport and personnel to deliver it. That Admin then sends the master manifest to inventory management to cost the order. The invoice is generated and the bill is sent to accounts for orders to go to vendors. Accounts pays those invoices then the re-imbursement is sent to the sector where it goes through another set of Admins to be paid within the company.

Admins are essential to the operation of Black Faction.
