I have just been given 80 temps to replace more than 800 SCUs split between three Sectors.

The SCUs were redeployed else where and they don't have enough from HQ to fill the gap.

This is all being done on the down low so we cant even go to Starcorp to get some fillers from them.

So here I am sprinkling 3 here, 4 there all over the place just to keep the presence, make it look like we're there.

They're holding un-contested territory and its not looking like any of the others (CPD, KTS, Zuvic, V-Corp) are able to take any of it at this time.

If we abandon it then we will more than likely need to take it back so I suppose this is a good move.

These temps though are something else. All of them need to pass the base tests and have one of the "security" course checks plus a service check too. Some are ex combat units which is good, we put them where we need them. But most of them are non combatant, I'm talking 90%.

Of those maybe 5% have been in a skirm.

They get told everything when they sign up, risk danger all that. We show them footage too of SCUs getting taken out, eaten by Zog, sinking into liquid earth but they all sign on the dotted line.

Most wont know what to do if something broke out. Temps used to be made up of mostly combatants but now, well they're just pure filler.

A handful of elites would cut through all of these temps without breaking a sweat.
