Not much is known about them other than they are quite elite relative to SCUs.
What is known is that the selection course is open to new comers and current serving SCUs.
The entry level for even starting the selection course is very high.
Typically elite level.
What has been ascertained is that they are off ORC and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
