Almost every encounter they lose, and lose in spectacular fashion.
Her units are hunted and cut down with minimal infliction to their enemy.
Seeing what was once her property strewn with black cladded bodies with the enemy swooning over everything.
Every time her team loses on home ground, she loses the stadium along with the revenue it generates.
Her command are mostly removed from the field of combat. Sitting in ivory towers and brooding over command tables and control pads.
She wants skin in the game from now on.
Skirm Leaders get into the field with their Combatants, command them and fight with them.
They stay with the objective until its achieved or until they go down with their subordinates.
Uniform choice is that of The Mistress "Nothing will hide the fact you're in command, you can no longer pull your beret & jacket off and run like cowards".
She wants them to be a target. She wants them "frosty".

If The Mistress accidentally got swallowed by an Azologoth one day - I would feel sorry for the Zog! Such a cruel calculating mind she has - but I do appreciate her aesthetic tastes and look forward to seeing them in action! Plus it will provide CPD and V-Corp new battle trophies to collect from the bodies of their fallen enemies!
