To the board; This non functioning ORC needs to be recovered and inspected for the cause of failure. From there the manufacturer's quality control can be addressed. This is indeed embarrassing for BFC! Live fire testing is needed to prevent recurring incidents. Using two opposing squads, set up various skirm scenarios with greatest assured expenditures as a goal. Cameras will record the results. Any failed ORCs will be inspected. This will prevent corporate embarrassment at low costs to us. Any amount of expended units is a small price to pay to save face in this important issue!
