Right you are about that. It is always best to use these assets to the fullest before they become expended and disposed of. It is all about the bottom line!

Edwardo

A most rewardingly calculating policy enhancement! The two ex-units would have ample time to continue their argument whilst being carried together downward into the maw. In the meantime, the other units (or those that were not so unfortunate to follow them in as well) would gain an intimate first hand understanding of how signing up for an expendable role, makes it really quite important to obey the rules they are given, to avoid becoming a liability. Even having negligible value as an expendable asset, means they're still an asset. Becoming a liability however, makes them disposable. And the difference is everything.

Perhaps the best answer from a share holders view point is this. Send the entire squad to the known largest azologoth on a neon dark recovery mission. Offending units are first girls to approach the target zog. The corporation will benefit twice. The expended units save payroll and neon dark is profit!

Edwardo

I'm glad I am not the only one who thinks so! Even though the evidence of these photographs would appear to show only one unit as the aggressor (with the other depicted as having somewhat pitiably limited opportunity to resist) they are however both equally complicit in allowing their personal dispute to affect their squad. I would also suggest that their Commanding Officer should also be held accountable in some way, for failing to prevent this incident in the first place. It may seem harsh, but neglecting profits now will lead to financial disadvantage in the end.

DomZ

Deployed on a one way only mission is what they deserve, and would set the example for all others!

Edwardo

Their Commanding Officer needs to make an example of these units for the sake of squad discipline. I am not sure if Black Faction has a policy which allows for executive expenditure of contracted units, but if not, then it may simply be necessary for their equipment to be confiscated, and then to be deployed on a mission which has a projected expenditure rate of 100%

DomZ

I see what you mean. This could get out of control and play right into the hands of their enemies!

Edwardo

This is a very dangerous situation, as there is a real risk of both units becoming expended in the struggle, and the matter escalating to involve other nearby units who may panic and begin expending each other in fear or by accident. The harm this could cause squad morale would be more severe than the actual loss of units (since individual units are of miniscule asset value) but a squad that has lost cohesion would be required to be broken up and the units redeployed, resulting in an impact to the organisation's development strategy.

DomZ

Agreed, off ORC these units become a menace to themselves!

Edwardo

This gives me ideas for future requests.

Edwardo

Great poses! I love this concept!

AstroKill

Great idea !
