Its the ones who are repeatedly exposed to the extremes that develop unique abilities.
There are those who drift through a whole contract with barely a skirm to their stock number, and those who find themselves time and time again in massive battles.
if you end up in one of those mass battles, and you are not up to task or just unlucky then thats the limit of your career.
This one was effective in many, she has been in atleast 6 50 plus a side skirms, with one having 200 per side.
No stranger to expending, she preferred to command her units to preserve, to be more effective.
So the Venator selected her

The plot thickens. Will the new lead fare better than the previous lead? Now that Lani and Vanessa are part of CPD I see much expended red along with multitudes expended of those in black for the future.
