Group chats through apps are used to recruit them for short term work.
With messages like this
"Heyyyy babes.....we got a job for two weeks, paying CR15k per day plus catch bonus. High value target needed alive. We provide all weapons and equipment, plus you get unlimited Black Faction Standard Combat forces support"
She would get pushback through the group chat with comments like
"yeh paying that much per day, only to have you taken out in a "blue on blue" incident.
"unlimited Standard Combat Forces Support made up of the tired desperados in their late 40s at the end of their contracts"
But the Venator lures them in with
"Its as dangerous as it gets, I only want those who think they can complete the job taking the offer. If you're not up for the challenge then thats fine."
Pretty soon her inbox begins to fill up with willing recruits.
