Added 2023-05-24 13:19:08 +0000 UTCBlack faction needs to recruit 20 combat units per day to maintain their forces. Doesnt sound like much, but over the 4 years of a combat units contract thats 30,048.
Of the 20, 4 will be expended. Most will go to sectors where they are there as purely deterrence.
Typically its a 1 in 5 chance of getting taken out. Which is quite risky.
During Mallera- deep and the Zuvic incursion, it was 1 in 3.

Recruitment levels must be maintained. This is a for profit operation and female expenditures can not be restricted. Zako and fraggers are used every day. Besides skirm and other fighting losses there are disciplinary measures that result in expended girls. Recall also that azologoth must be fed! Girls are also used for live fire exercises, causing losses.
