Good morning

I was thinking about it today after my workout last night. I can only do 2-3 pull-ups. My run time is great, and for my size, I can deadlift quite a bit. But I’m so weak when it comes to pull-ups or dips. When I was stationed at Quantico with the Marines, they had me do the marine PT test on several occasions. Then, I could do 8-10 pull-ups. Maybe I should get back to that level of fitness?
