I did Bulgarian squats, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, lunges, and landmine press, followed by a 3 mile run in 24 min. I’m still feeling it from working the wedding I did this past weekend. Holding that camera 12 hours, missing dinner, and staying up until 2 am got me πŸ˜…
