I’ve put on some muscle since then. In the first photo I had just run a marathon. I had no fat, which meant my breasts and butt were gone too. Not important except for the hormonal issue I was experiencing. I super thin and had abs and was proud that I had ran another marathon but I think my hormones were off. I had mood swings, felt tired, and wasn’t feeling very confident about myself.
Now I’m feeling a lot better by comparison. I am not as fast as I was then but I feel much stronger and I think I look healthier too.
I’m starting a new 6 week workout challenge at the gym I work at. The goal is to build muscle and lean out just a little more. If interested I’ll share my workouts each day too.
