Cleaning out my closet

I found all my army coins, marathon medals and competition trophies. I don’t wanna keep them but don’t wanna throw them away either.

A repeat bikini contest winner? That makes sense because you have a great body!🔥😍

Heywood Jablowme

Nice little challenge coin collection. I would keep them in the trophies and put them away. Later on you will really enjoy them. I tried to send you a picture of one of my collections that I’ve pulled out and put in a case. Cannot send it here.

Robert

Keep, keep, keep. As a somewhat normal guy who is here for the art and nudity (you are amazing!!!), these two photos and one from the other post, are the ones I will look at most closely, because it is an insight to you and how you enjoy sharing “you” with us. It’s true.

Nice challenge coin collection. Your coin from Alpha Company 116 Infantry is the first and last unit assignments of my time in the army. I joined the Virginia Army National Guard when I was at Liberty University in Lynchburg, then went regular army after 9-11, had 2 combat deployments to Iraq on active duty, and finally went back to them for my last 4 year enlistment. I can't remember what I did with my coins from them. I wonder if we ever crossed paths while in the service.

3rd ID was my first unit in Germany...got the 75th coin when I was in the 10th Mountain...had a couple of State coins for Ft Irwin support and working the Hurricane Katrina event...I had a lot of fun in my years..

John

That’s probably one of the best coins. Respect sir 75th 🫡

Memoirs of Steph

just put them all in a shoe box and put them in a corner...give your Grandchildren something to play with later...

John

I thought I had thrown all of my coins away but found one from the 75th Regiment the other day...I see one of yours is from the 3rd ID....

John

If you ever want to get rid of a few duplicates it would be an honor to display them

Michael Newman

If you ever reconsider your minimalist life, let me know. I'll gladly build you a shadow box that lights up. Did the same with my stuff too commemorate my own service.

Pete

Wishing you the best

David C Torres

That's a really good idea

Memoirs of Steph

Oh fun 🤩

Memoirs of Steph

Thank you 😊

Memoirs of Steph

Yeah definitely. They're back in their box in the attic. I've only kept the ones that are meaningful

Memoirs of Steph

Those are fun, I'm just a minimalist and don't like any clutter. They're just going back in a box in my attic

Memoirs of Steph

Thanks. Yeah they're just going back in a box in the attic for now

Memoirs of Steph

That's really cool. My home is just very minimalist, so I don't really have displays. I'll keep them safe in a box in the attic

Memoirs of Steph

Don't through them out, they came from an important part of your life. For myself I still carry a challenge coin on me and have a sizeable collection that I proudly display in the man cave.

Warren Johnston

put them in a shadow box. Would be a great display

Joe

Nice should have them displayed. Try curio cabinet like one from ikea. Have one glass has lights inside doesnt take up alot of space. Just thought

Neil Cranfill

Consider some advice from a much older guy. Get some plastic bins and store them away. You'll want to look at them again someday, or maybe give them to young people interested in the military. Still pissed at myself for tossing my old beret and not having it for my shadow box when I retired. Too many moves, too many "cleaning-outs."

Ham Burglar

Suggestion: write up how you earned, won, awarded these in detail. Then decide which ones have greater significance over others and proceed accordingly

David C Torres

Don't get rid of your challenge coins. You earned those

Pete

Completely understand let me know how to get you my address and I can send you one of my coins.

Michael Newman

Yeah I think so too

Memoirs of Steph

I think so too

Memoirs of Steph

I could part with some duplicates I have. I dunno I’d get rid of them quite yet

Memoirs of Steph

Thank you!

Donate to a local military museum or running club as inspiration for others.

Dave

The bronze first place trophy is beautiful 😊

natureman

Hi Steph, it would be an Honor to add them into my Challenge Coin collection to know they’re in a great place. I have been designing and handing out my own Law Enforcement Support coin to Police Officers.

Michael Newman

Those are keepsakes. 🫣

Ray

Nice collection! Antique Roadshow quality!!
