I’m at a new gym now working as an ambassador so to speak. I exchange photo and video fitness content for the gym in exchange for personal training. I was a former personal trainer myself and had my own strengths that I helped others with. However there are always new tricks to learn. My coach has me doing full body functional fitness type workouts that activate all sorts of muscles I know realize I do not target in the traditional workouts I did. I also still run 4x a week in addition to my 4 a week workouts.
I of course will share some of my fitness journey for those of you interested. :)
